A Name to Conjure With


If there was any doubt on recent strips, there's none in my mind that this one is pure Kelly.

    Yes. Some folk would call it prescience on Kelly's part, but it's obviously more the concept of history repeating itself. The genius of Kelly was the ability to pluck the essence of a malady out of everyday life (that might seem invisible or inevitable to many people) and present it in a form that is timeless—so it can be meaningful to readers for generations to come.

    Rather like part of the quote from the previous post: "Cartoon(ists) can't teach you anything. They can only try to make you see what you already know."
