Oh, Ye of Lulu Faith

Yellow backgrounds, alla time yellow backgrounds. I wonder who did the color guides for the strip. In the title panel there's a beautiful dark swampy forest through the trees under the logo, but it's bright on either side and even in the 'G' area of the pasted Pogo title. I would think Kelly's intent might be to have a deeper cool color for that panel's background. But maybe it's just meant to be incongruous for its own sake. I had always hoped the Sundays could be a little more atmospheric in coloration.
