Oop, Alors!

Well, this is it. We're at the end of our story for Pandemonia/Post-Pandemonia. The story ends here, because there is no reference to Pandemonia in the Sunday strips ever again, and in fact from this point Basher is never again seen in the Sundays as well.

What happened in Kelly's mind that he could ignore the previous year and a half of continuity and just go back to business as usual?

And where do WE go from here?

Well, I'm going to start another 'blog for Kelly's work, with lots of stuff that many of you may not have ever seen, but I'm still giving some serious thought to the format and contents. Please weigh in on what you might want to see while I do some prepping for the next Kelly volume.

  1. continuous runs of Sunday in color are always nice. dailies in black & white runs of pogo are great. I will be here for whatever you choose--charlie

  3. I've really enjoyed this, checking in daily and more often than not finding more than a single post every day. Thanks for taking the trouble to make this such a fun site. All I can think of are the great political satires that Kelly did; perhaps something in that vein? But maybe that's a persistent thread throughout Pogo anyway. In any event, more Pogo is always a welcome thing.

  4. Thank you JaiBox, I have made a real effort to make multiple daily posts until just recently (because I was trying to delay finalizing this 'blog). I'll explain in the next post just what my quandaries are for the next 'blog. I'm really glad you think this is a fun site, I hope the next will even be 'funner'.

  5. Thanks for a great run, Thomas, that brought back a lot of great memories of when this arc first ran daily in my life!

I'll be here for whatever you want to put up next -- I've already seen tons of Kelly's work over the years, so the most interesting and attractive part of any blog for me will be YOUR comments and analysis!
