ReplyDeleteGreg, yeah, thanks for pointing that out. I wanted to make a comment about Mole's nakedness here, but couldn't think of a context for it. But you put your finger on it, so to speak.
ReplyDeleteThere was a much earlier strip where Pogo is going for a swim and modestly hides behind a bush to take off his shirt, even though he is continuously pantless! And Churchy talks about having on underwear inside his shell. M'amselle Hepzibah is always topless, wearing just a skirt. etc etc. Dress code is pretty convoluted in the Okefenokee.
